Reboot your body with At Home Training through strength training. Increase muscular strength, manage weight, increase flexibility, develop core strength and increase mobility. You take control of your health and fitness in twelve 60 minutes sessions over the next 4-6 weeks with professional and personal one-to-one health & fitness training.
Total Body Toning
Starting at

Total body toning challenges you to use your energy to push, pull and throw as you incorporate multiple types of exercises and equipment to reach your health and fitness goal. The workout plan is chiseled out into three phases over a period of 12 weeks. You have a weekly schedule of three trainings for 30 minutes each and on the other days you can schedule active rest (walking, bike riding, hiking).
